Beyonce’s 31! The singer celebrated her birthday yesterday on a yacht off of the South of France with her daughter, Blue Ivy, 8 months, and husband Jay-Z. Topping off the day, the couple went to dinner at Michelangelo in Cap d’Antibes, France.

Tina Knowles stopped by Access Hollywood Live recently to talk about fall trends and show off a few of the clothes from her Miss Tina and House of Dereon lines and while there she gave a quick update on her granddaughter Blue Ivy.
According to Tina, Blue is beginning to scoot and is trying to crawl! When asked who spoils Blue the most she admits that Beyonce is a sucker for her daughter and may have to toughen up!
