It was just reported this afternoon that Sherman Hemsley, who played George Jefferson “The Jeffersons,” has died. He passed according to reports, he was found by his nurse who thought he was asleep and called for help when he didn’t respond. It appears he passed away from natural causes in his El Paso, Texas home.
I’m in shock. My prayers are sent to his family, friends, and fans.

Sad news! Tameka Raymond has reportedly taken her 11-year-old son, Kile Glover off of life support, two weeks after he was struck by a jet ski at Lake Lanier. Kile was declared brain dead soon after he was struck, but the family was holding on to hope.

Disco Queen Donna Summer passed away this morning in Florida after privately battling with cancer, reports TMZ.
The Grammy winner was working on a new album when she passed away. Donna leaves us with hit songs like “Last Dance,” “Hot Stuff,” and “She Works Hard For The Money.”
RIP Donna. I’m sure the awards shows will pay tribute to her, along with some of the other fallen stars, this year. My condolences to her family, especially her husband and two daughters

Bobby Brown sat down with Ellen recently for a somewhat awkward interview. The singer told Ellen about the last time he saw Whitney before she passed away, but he felt the need to state numerous times that he went straight home afterwards to be with his fiance. Despite the awkward repetition, Bobby went on to say Whitney looked amazing that night. He also said that he went on with his performance the night she passed away because he couldn’t catch a flight to LA and knew that she would’ve wanted him to get on stage. I told you guys Hologram Tupac would not be the last deceased celeb we’d see hit the stage this year. Yesterday marked the 10 year anniversary of Left Eye’s death, and in honor of the fallen star, her band mates revealed that they would be reuniting for a huge US Tour. If you are one of the people who thinks you can’t have TLC without Left Eye, fret not, because Chilli and T-Boz are planning on “projecting [Left Eye's] image on a big screen and working her vocals into the live performances.”

Suge, who was with Tupac the night he was murdered, and has been accused many times of setting the entire thing up, claims that the legendary rapper isn’t really dead. According to him, no one’s ever seen Tupac “dead,” so he thinks he’s off somewhere in hiding.

Yesterday, Whitney Houston’s cause of death was released and it was revealed that the singer drowned in her hotel bathtub shortly after using cocaine.
Dr. Drew sat down with Bobby Brown’s sister Leolah Brown (and Bobbi Kristina’s cousins) who claimed that Ray J was Whitney Houston’s supplier and that he’s the one who gave her the fatal bag of cocaine that night. Oh, Nippy! TMZ is reporting that Whitney Houston’s died of an accidental drowning, BUT coroners did find cocaine in her system. The report also reveals that the singer had a heart disease.
