Earlier this week Brandon Flowers, his perfect mane and the rest of The Killers appeared on David Letterman for a performance of their lead single “Runaways.”

Pink released her latest album The Truth About Love yesterday and to promote the new project, the singer performed her single “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” on The Today Show. Carly Rae Jepsen was out and about today promoting the release of her debut album Kiss. The singer stopped by The Ellen Show to talk with about the release and to perform her two singles “Call Me Maybe” and “This Kiss.” Carly made her television debut in the US on Ellen so it’s fitting that she’d also perform “This Kiss” for the first time on the same stage.
It’s embarrassing how much I’m obsessed with this girl! I could’ve done without another performance of “Call Me Maybe,” but still!

Oprah sat down with Usher in Atlanta to discuss the fact that he was recently given primary custody of his 2 sons. Usher revealed the importance of being a good father to his two kids, and his willingness to cut back on his touring in order to be there for them. The singer also revealed that he wasn’t faithful to Tameka Raymond when they were married, and that he did have an “exchange” with one of her bridesmaid (though he swears it was after they’d divorced).
Oprah also talked with Usher’s mother Jonetta about her role in her son’s career and personal life.
I like Usher, but there’s something about this interview that just seemed off to me. Watch the interview here (via Yardie) and share your thoughts below!
Frank Ocean performed on Saturday Night Live last night with an arcade set, and John Mayer as one of his guitarists. The Odd Future singer performed popular song “Thinking Bout You” and the second half of the 10-minute-long “Pyramids.”
As usual, Frank appeared a bit shy as he sang and wore his typical black and white bandanna, but I still enjoyed the performances.

Prior to the London Olympics, I had never heard Phillip Phillp’s single “Home” or listened to him perform live. I knew of his health issues, and American Idol victory, but that’s about it.
I’ve been addicted to “Home” all summer, however, thanks to NBC and their Fierce 5 packages during the Olympics, so I was pretty excited when I found out that Phillips had performed the song on Ellen this week. He delivered a solid performance with his band, that I’m sure his fans (old and new) will enjoy.

Justin Bieber and Big Sean stopped by America’s Got Talent for the show’s finale to perform their song “As Long As You Love Me” last night. The rapper and singer, along with a few dancers, put on a great show for the audience, but I may be a bit biased because I really like this song!
