Tameka Raymond’s week isnt’ off to a good start. The stylist’s marriage and divorce to R&B singer Usher was put on dispaly last night during Oprah’s “Next Chapter” and today her request for a new custody trial has been denied. Earlier this year Usher was granted primary custody of their two boys after a very public trial. Tameka immediately filed a request for a new trial stating that Usher’s lawyer had previously given money to support the trial judge’s re-election campaign.
The judge, however, denied the request stating that the monetary donation was public knowledge well before the trial began.
Yikes! I’m sure Tameka will keep trying and appealing until she’s out of options!

This comes after Chad tweeted a picture of Evelyn’s face tattooed on his leg and after Evelyn filed divorce papers.Chad seems to think the divorce won’t happen, but Evelyn seems pretty serious about it. In addition to doing a photoshoot for the magazine she also reveals more details about that night. The Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta star says that despite Memphitz’s newly filed defamation law suit she stands by her accusations that he beat her when they were dating.
I¹ve always been told that the truth shall set you free. I stand behind my story 100%. I came on the ‘Love & Hip Hop Atlanta’ show mainly because I wanted to give a voice and bring light to a very serious issue. I am very grateful to VH1 and Monami Ent. for the opportunity to tell my story, and touch lives worldwide … I look forward to having my day in court and finally having the truth of my story confirmed in a court of law. Hopefully others will not have to go through this and then have their stories challenged to this degree because people now want to try to salvage whatever reputation they may have had.

Less than a week after Evelyn Lozada appeared on ABC saying that she doesn’t plan to get back with her husband, Chad Johnson tweeted the above photo with what appear to be a tattoo of her face on his leg.
I’m still waiting on him to reveal that the girl in the tattoo is actually his cousin, or sister because it’s not looking like he and Ev are reuniting anytime soon.
Evelyn is appearing on an upcoming episode of Iyanla Vanzant’s “Fix My Life” to discuss her history of violence and the domestic dispute, and if the commercial is any indication she may reveal that Chad has pushed/shoved her prior to the headbutting incident. Evelyn Lozada says that despite her actions on previous Basketball Wives seasons she still didn’t deserve what happened to her a few weeks ago when her husband Chad Johnson grabbed her and headbutted her during a heated argument. Evelyn says she confronted Chad about a box of condoms that she found, and she says she was angry because they’d only been married a couple of weeks and he was already being unfaithful. Chad said the condoms weren’t for him and that he bought them for a friend, but Evelyn didn’t believe him and told him she wasn’t going to stay with him. That’s when she says Chad grabbed her and headbutted her.
Evelyn teared up when talking about how much she loves Chad and says it’s hard to be away from him, but she knows she has to do what’s best for her. Evelyn says she’s grown a lot in these past couple of months and that if she does appear on Basketball Wives next season she will still voice her opinion, but without acting a fool.

Earlier this week Kim Zolciak’s mom, Karen Zolciak, filed a petition in Georgia for visitation rights with her graddaughters Brielle and Ariana. According to her, Kim hasn’t let the girls come over since getting married to Kroy Biermann last year even though they love her house. She also says that she Kim’s daughters never want to leave her house when they visit because it’s such a calm environment as opposed to the reality star’s home which is always filming for Bravo.
[Ariana and Brielle] live such a crappy, abnormal life being on TV—they need a normal haven to relax and unwind and just be kids. [They] have spent a lot of time at our house cooking, baking, doing crafts, having sleepovers, playing with our dogs, making hot fudge sundaes, eating ‘poppy’ burgers.
If you watched Kim’s wedding special, Don’t Be Tardy For The Wedding, then you know that Kim and her mother have a few issues with one another, but I hope they can fix things for the kids.

Earlier this week I reported that Evelyn Lozada would sit down with ABC’s Amy Robach to talk about the domestic dispute she was recently involved in when her husband Chad Johnson allegedly headbutted her. The interview is not for Good Morning America as previously reported, but for Nightline. In the clip released from the interview Evelyn reveals that she still loves Chad and thinks he’s a good person who made a bad mistake. She also says that she thinks being away from him right now is the “right thing.”

Welp! Just when you thought the drama was over….
Chris Brown and Drake were involved in a bottle throwing brawl in June which led to the NY Club where the fight took place being sued by multiple victims, including Tony Parker, who were hit by glass and eventually being forced to shut it’s doors.
Now Wip Nightcub is fighting back by suing the two celebrities for 15 million dollars. They claim that Drake and Chris “shared a grudge against the other arising out of their romantic relationships with the same woman” (and by the same woman they mean Rihanna).
