Jessica Simpson may be at home enjoying motherhood and her newborn daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson, but that doesn’t mean the money is going to stop rolling in. As if her billion-dollar fashion empire wasn’t already big enough, Jessica announced yesterday that she will be partnering with Destination Maternity for a very affordable ($36-$100) maternity line that will hit stores all over the US in the fall!
Not only will Jessica be making a nice chunk of change from that new business venture, but the new mommy has reportedly sold the first photos of baby Max to People Magazine for $850,000. It’s easy to say she should’ve gone the Beyonce route and posted her photos for free, but that’s almost a million dollars!!! Do you think Jessica and Eric were right to sell the photos?!
Jessica Simpson tweeted for the first time yesterday since giving birth to her daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson on May 1st. She’s here!!!! After months of talking and waiting for her arrival, Jessica Simpson has FINALLY given birth to her first child, daughter Maxwell Drew Johnson. We got a hint at the name a few months ago, so it comes as no surprise, but it’s still so darn cute! According to US Weekly, the mother delivered her new bundle of joy earlier today. Speculations that Jessica was going into labor began this morning after Jessica and her fiance were seen heading into a LA hospital. This is her and fiance Eric Johnson’s first child. Congrats!!!
