Neon Hitch in “Pink Fields” video
In January Neon Hitch released a six-track EP titled Happy Neon to hold fans over until her debut album is released later this year (it was originally scheduled for a 2012 release).
Today she released the visuals for “Pink Fields,” and the images displayed match the song’s lyrics perfectly. Hitch lays in a field, drinks and parties with friends (including the late Amy Winehouse) and performs in the new video. Like the song itself, the video gives fans a look into the life of the singer.

Neon Hitch in “Love You Betta” Video
Neon Hitch was definitely on my watch list for 2012, but she seemed to disappear towards the end of the year after releasing “F*ck You Betta” and “A** Back Home.” Apparently, Hitch’s debut album was delayed last year and hasn’t received an official release date, so to fill her time in the meantime she recorded Happy Neon, a six-track EP, to hold herself and fans over until her anticipated debut.
The EP gives fans a glimpse into the mind of Neon Hitch with songs like “Pink Fields.” “I never found religion but was born with freedom. That’s the one thing I pray will not be taken,” the self-proclaimed gypsy sings. A song later she’s over being deep. “Midnight Sun,” includes the line “He wanna f*ck me like a rockstar.” In “Jailhouse” she speaks of the label drama and sings once again of feeling trapped.
It’s not a full album, but it’s just enough to make sure fans don’t forget about Neon Hitch. And maybe if she receives enough attention with this EP that will put some pressure on her label to speed things up!

It seems like Neon Hitch dropped “F*ck You Betta” then disappeared, but the self-proclaimed gypsie is back and ready to release a brand new single with the help of rapper Tyga. The single, titled “Gold,” follows her typical optimistic, party theme so I’m sure her fans will love it!

Over the weekend a lot of your favorite celebs were out and about working and having fun! Neon Hitch filmed the music video for her first single “F*** You Betta” and from the looks of the above photo we can expect to get a scene similar to the one in Christina Milian’s “Dip It Low!!” While Neon was getting down and dirty, Jordin Sparks and Whitney Houston were bonding on the set of their latest film “Sparkle.” Meanwhile, Rih continued to raise eyebrows while vacationing in Hawaii when she sunbathed on a surfboard in a black g-string. I wasn’t too familiar with Neon Hitch last year, although I do remember hearing her song “A** Back Home” with Gym Class Heroes and posting it a while ago. It wasn’t until I came across her new song “F**k You Betta (courtesy of Jon Ali) that I thought to give her a serious try. After listening to the song, and loving it, I decided to hit Youtube to see what else I’ve been missing out on. Her music is pretty sexual, but I love her so far!!
