Marc Anthony and Jennifer Lopez announced that they were separating last year and both have since started new relationships, so it comes as no surprise that Marc Anthony has filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” in LA today. Marc Anthony is requesting joint custody of their twins Emme and Max (4) and does not want J.Lo to receive spousal support (not that she needs it…HEY, American Idol). The couple has remained pretty silent about the details of their personal lives out of respect for each other and their kids, but they continue to work together professionally! Let’s just hope things continue to stay peaceful!!

Heidi Klum and Seal split months ago, with many people believing that they would eventually reconcile. Heidi put those thoughts to rest yesterday when she officially filed for divorce from her husband of almost 7 years. The supermodel is asking for primary custody of their four kids and she wants the judge reject any requests Seal may make for spousal support.
Things may get ugly as far as custody is concerned, but the couple signed a post-nup years ago so the division of property and assets should be fairly simple. Let’s just hope they can stay cordial for the kids throughout this process.

Katy Perry and Russell Brand are NOT going to be one of those couples who are “separated” forever. The two have reached and signed a divorce settlement, and Russell will not be receiving spousal support from his soon to be ex wife. I’m guessing Katy is pretty happy about her future freedom as she reportedly signed off on the agreement, adding a smiley face next to her name!
