Gaga promised her Little Monsters that if she won Video of the Year she would announce the title of her new album, (set to be released in 2011.) and that’s exactly what she did when Cher presented her with the award last night.

“I promised that if I won this, I would announce the name of my new album. It’s called Born This Way.
