Most girls celebrate their birthday’s with a few friends and a new boo nearby. Angela Simmons spent half of her birthday weekend, however, with her on-again-off-again boyfriend Bow Wow (who proclaimed his love for her here). Despite Bow Wow’s newborn daughter, (not by Angela) these two still seem to be pretty in love. What do you think? Should they get back together?!
