During a routine probation hearing, it was revealed that Chris Brown had failed a drug test. He tested positive for marijuana in Virginia, where smoking the substance is illegal.
The singer uses weed for medicinal purposes, and in California, it’s legal to use it. He failed the test in Virginia on June 18 where he was fulfilling his community service requirement. Since Judge Patricia Schnegg said she never ordered Brown to undergo mandatory drug testing as part of his probation she let him off with a warning wanting him to obey all laws. His probation will remain in place.
