Ciara released her new single “Sweat” but it was quickly forgotten by many. Not sure if the singer is going to make that single a buzz single and put out another single, but today she released a preview of the dance track “Overdose,” a cheesy pop song about falling too hard.

How is this a cheesy pop song? this is pop perfection. this will chart very well, but it’ll need to be followed by another great single before the album is released. And many more great singles before her career is back on top.

Oh I see what you’re saying. The good cheesy. I always thought the lyrics to “and i” by Ciara were cheesy, but I absolutely love that song. Love “Call Me Maybe” too. I just hope this will be the single that she needs.
Her voice sounds great on this. I loving that snippet, actually. I hope this is a step in a comeback direction for her, cause she’s one of my favorites.
