Evelyn Lozada is not standing by her husband on this one. The reality star who is currently dealing with the fact that her husband, Chad Johnson, was arrested for allegedly headbutting her during an argument over a receipt for condoms is finally speaking out. The newlywed released the following statement to TMZ
“I am deeply disappointed that Chad has failed to take responsibility for his actions and made false accusations against me.”"It is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs to overcome his troubles. Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well.
Chad, if you recall, claims that the headbutt was an accident, and occurred because they both leaned in towards each other at the same time.
Since the incident Chad has been cut from the Miami Dolphins, their reality show has been pulled from Vh1′s fall schedule, and Evelyn’s brother-in-law has lost his battle with cancer. When it rains it pours…
I honestly do feel horrible for Ev and the horrible week she’s having, and I’m glad that she’s staying strong and taking a stand against domestic violence. I will, however, say that I am annoyed by VH1 for taking a stance against one type of violence and not others. Evelyn is constantly throwing bottles and jumping across tables, and that is never addressed, but domestic violence is absolutely not tolerated? Why not ban them both? Just saying.
Maybe this will teach Ev to use her words, not her hands, when it comes to her ‘BBall Wife’ co-stars in the future, and maybe Chad will also seek the help that he needs regarding his temper.

You go girl, i totally agree violence is violence and one should not be any difference than another. Ms. ev went ape when jennifer wanted to handle her attack by taking a legal position with an attorney.
It’s the same as a sin is a sin whether it’s murder or cursing.
i have no problem with her standing up for the act against her, but she needs to get real, because her jumping on tables, throwing bottles, etc. was definitely not called for and made her look like a real fool, regardless of the ratings for the show. her conduct on the show probably parrells her real life and probably when she attracted a troubled person, as she indicated like chad.
