The original Teen Mom’s are preparing to walk away from the reality franchise after one final season and today we got the trailer. In the final season Maci breaks up with boyfriend Kyle, Farrah moves to Florida with daughter Sophia, Amber continues to deal with her legal issues, and Tyler and Caitlyn graduate. This season will definitely have some drama, but the trailer also seems to focus on the good things that these teen mom’s have been dealing with as well.
